The Metropolitan Boston is one of the most reasonably priced recent high-rise developments in downtown Boston. It is located at and is perfect for a Tufts Medical employee or young professional working in the financial district.

The penthouse units are duplexes with floor to ceiling windows encasing the spiral staircase. Some units also feature private terraces.
If you are looking for a unit with comparable features to many of the other new high-rises but don’t feel like paying $1,000/foot, this is your building!
