The Grandview is a luxurious high-rise condominium building overlooking the Boston Common. Completed in 2003, it joins Tremont on the Common, Parkside, and Ritz-Carlton Towers as high-end condo homes located along Tremont Street.

Although it reaches 15+ stories into the sky, there are only 61 homes at the Grandview. Many homes have fine, high-end finishes and quality fixtures in the kitchens and baths.
