The Bryant

The Bryant will be built where the Back Bay meets the South End on Columbus Ave. It is being by Wasserman Real Estate Capital LLC and marketed by Otis and Ahearn Inc. It is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
What I think is going to make this development successful is two things:
1. Most of the units are 2+/3 bedroom which is designed to attract empty nesters and people looking to downsize from their 4000-5000 sq. ft houses in the suburbs. This allows them to still have an extra bedroom for grandchildren or overnight guests and has a more home-like feeling.
2. The condo fees are rumored to be priced at about .50/sq. ft. as compared to around $1+/sq. ft. for some of the other luxury developments in the city.

- Two deeded parking spaces available
- Elevators that open directly into your home
- Common roof terrace
- Some units with private terraces
- Private storage rooms available
- Optional seperate suites for an au pair, office, or a private fitness center
