The Residences at 50 West Broadway is an apartment development located in South Boston, Massachusetts. The project consists of 138 units, approximately 3,700 square feet of street level retail, and underground parking. The project is located in the South Boston neighborhood on the site of the former Notre Dame Educational Center and focuses on creating a transit-oriented residential community with easy access to downtown Boston. The project is targeted for completion in June 2009.
