Globe Article "Rental Prices are Down"…Really?0

An article in today’s Boston Globe states “It’s a good time to be a renter in and around Boston.”  Really?  I have found rental pricing has remained high and the inventory limited.  While owners may be willing to come down a couple hundred I have yet to see any drastic changes in pricing or “showering of deals.”
