I’d like to take this chance to introduce myself. My name is Nicholas Warren and am a real estate broker in Boston. I own a brokerage firm called the Warren Residential Group, LLC. We specialize in the sales and rentals of luxury real estate in the Boston area.
I have 4 things which I promise to provide to all of our clients, whether it be on the buy, rent or sell side of the business. They are:
HONESTY, HARDWORK, RESPONSIVENESS, and KNOWLEDGE
What I have found in this business is that deals can slip through people’s fingers if their agent is lazy and unresponsive. People can lose their dream apartment or condo if their agent fails to get on the phone and get the deal done.
We are deal makers. It’s how I get my kicks. The tougher it is, the more excited we get about it. If there is a deal that someone says will never work that only makes us want to do it that much more!
My questions to you are “Do you want a deal-maker or a deal-breaker working for you?” “Do you want an agent who sits around and waits for things to happen or do you want one who makes things happen?”
