First we had The Back Bay Bryant switching hands from Otis to Campion.  Now it looks like we have a similar happening with luxury condominium building Zero Marlborough.  Looks like the developer has dropped Tracy Campion in favor of Boston real estate powerhouse Beth Dickerson who will now head sales of the 4 remaining units priced at $4,125,000.

The official website of Back Bay 0 Marlborough describes the building as; “Overlooking the historic Public Garden, Zero Marlborough defines the elegance of one of Boston’s finest neighborhoods. This magnificent landmark building has been transformed into a collection of spacious one-floor residences, offering a boutique lifestyle and concierge-level service.

Zero Marlborough was awarded the 2009 Preservation Achievement Award in the category of Significant Rehabilitation and Restoration from The Boston Preservation Alliance.”

The boutique luxury building offers large floor-through units with unbeatable views of Boston’s Public Garden.
